I was disappointed that a tip is automatically added to my online order. Please reconsider this business tactic as I will likely no longer be utilizing St. Cloud Floral because of it.

It's not a tip if I have to pay it - so just add it to the price and don't accept tips if that is your method of doing business.

As always the flowers were beautiful, they delivered in a quick time-frame and the recipient has told me they smell great! She is very happy having something in her office that brings a splash of colour!
