Delivered as instructed, and the contents were as described. My only two squeaks of complaint: i. When ordering online, I paid with a Canadian credit card, and choosing 'Canada' in the billing section, Canadian provinces didn't populate (i.e. there were still only U.S. states in the pulldown list). I got around it, with staff assistance, by selecting 'Canadian Armed Forces' as the state, and writing my province after the city. ii. Re: the card that accompanied the flowers, the bold sans serif, and the capitalizing of every word, in the customized message, doesn't seem appropriate, given the gift (in the mockup of what the card would like, shown online and on-screen, after the purchase, is my custom message, in an italicized cursive, and regular sentence case, which would be a far better fit than what actually appeared on the card).

The long stemmed yellow roses I ordered for my mom's were absolutely beautiful! I'm very happy with the arrangement and when it was delivered. Definitely a five star bouquet!
