Staff went above and beyond. I miswrote address, staff recognized the name of the person I was sending flowers to and realized address was wrong. Called me to clarify. For another order the person I was sending flowers to was out of town staff left me a voicemail that they would deliver at later date and let me know when delivered. Their flowers are always beautiful and fresh.

My friend received the flowers I had sent to her. She snapped a picture and sent it to me with her thank you. Her arrangement was beautiful. I was curious whether it would be as high of quality as the website photos and I was very impressed, even more beautiful in my opinion.
